Cut in a slim "Baguette" cut, the JB0304 is what Japan Blue calls a simplistic, clean jean with attentive details. It utilizes a 12.5oz vintage selvedge fabric made from African cotton that is rope dyed in pure indigo. Since the long staple African cotton has a beige color, the denim will fade to light beige with consistent wear.

Think of Japan Blue as the younger brother of the more high end Momotaro Jeans. Both are owned by the Japan Blue Group operate out of Kojima, Japan, use the same fits, and source their denim from Collect Mills. But Japan Blue has a lower price point and a more experimental/zanier take on making raw jeans, with a variety of fabrics including a knit denim set to premiere later this fall.
