The 1955 501 Rigid is a straight loose fit jean made from an unsanforized 13.25 oz. selvedge denim from Cone Mills. Based off the 501 model in 1955, the fit is a high rise waist that is fuller throughout the waist and leg and shrinks one size with an initial wash/soak.. The 1955 501 Rigid features a 'Big E' red tab, copper rivets, hidden back pocket rivets, double stitch back arcuates with diamond, paper patch, and zinc buttons.
