The 4th anniversary Red Cloud S423XX-H is a 15oz indigo-dyed, 1942-inspired pair of hemp jeans. Constructed with Xinjiang cotton blended with 25% hemp material, the denim is woven using a special proprietary technique that creates a slubby look and feel. Other stand out details include the purposeful olive green herringbone pocket bags and missing rivet near the coin pocket; both done in order to emphasize the hardships endured during WWII.

If "Made in China" isn't something you'd typically associate with a high-quality garment, then Red Cloud is about to turn your world upside down. The Shenyang-based company produces jeans and other workwear items using the same vintage machinery employed in many better-known brand factories, including the illustrious Union Special.
All of their textiles are made from 100% Chinese cotton from Xinjiang province, which many hold in the same regard as cotton from Zimbabwe and Texas.
